Trash & Recycling
Trash & Recycling pickup is every Wednesday.
We kindly ask that you put the bins out and bring them in as needed during your stay. Bins are located in front of the far garage door under the overhang.
Exterior Services
The following contractors may be by the house during your stay. Please note they will have access to the back yard to perform their services;
Tuesdays: Pool Care & Cleaning
Bi-Weekly Lawn Mowing (day varies)
Keruig Machine Available
We have provided a Keurig machine for your convenience. There will also be a few k-cups available at your check in.
Laundry Machines Available
A front-load washer and dryer are available for use during your stay. We have also provided some laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets.
Extra Sheets & Towels
There is an extra set of sheets for each bed and extra towels available for your use. These are located in the hallway alcove between bedrooms 2 & 3.
No Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house, or in any covered areas. If you desire to smoke please do it outside.
Peloton Available
A stationary bike is in the master bedroom for your use. Please note there is no account attached. If it asks for a log-in you can use yours of just tap "Just Ride" in red text at the bottom to being a ride.

Detwiler's Farm Market
This is the best grocery store in the area hands down. Amazing prices, fresh food, friendly people. Please note they don't sell any kind of alcohol.
